Andrew Fedorov
CLINICAL DIRECTOR, BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER

BCBA, CBA, M.Ed (ABA), MDisStud.
Andrew Fedorov is a highly experienced Advanced Level NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner. He specialises in supporting individuals with ASD, ADHD, intellectual disability and dual diagnosis. Andrew began his career in the disability sector in 2013, working as a support worker and accommodation team leader. In 2020, he transitioned into Positive Behaviour Support. Andrew holds a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis, a Master of Disability Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Pedagogy and Psychology. Andrew is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA). He also supervises practitioners working towards their NDIS registration and CBA certification. Andrew’s practice is rooted in evidence-based, person-centred approaches aligned with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission framework. He offers behaviour support services across Melbourne as well as via telehealth.

Amanda McIntyre
BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER

CBA, M.Ed (ABA), BA-Psych (Hons).
Amanda McIntyre is a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner and Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) with the background in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Psychology. In 2021, she started in the field as a Behaviour Therapist with one of the early intervention service providers and progressed to a Program Supervisor. Amanda primarily works with young people and adults with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays and various behaviours of concern. She is involved in the development and implementation of evidence-based positive behaviour support interventions, personal independence skills development, functional communication and carer training. Amanda completed her Masters of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis (Monash University) and Bachelors of Psychological Sciences (Honours) (Swinburne University).

Alicia Simonov
BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER

CBA, M.Ed (ABA), GradDipPsyc, BTeach (EC&Prim)(Hons).
Alicia Simonovich is a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner, Program Supervisor, Teacher and Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) whose work is focused on person-centered intervention and support. Alicia holds a Masters Degree in Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis), a Graduate Diploma of Psychology and a Bachelor of Teaching Early Childhood and Primary (Honors). Alicia has practiced across home, community, school and clinic based settings and within multidisciplinary teams. She provides extensive experience in developing direct interventions, individualised support strategies, assessment and strength based approaches which aid the development of learning across the lifespan focusing on areas such as complex and challenging behaviours, functional communication, social interactions and adaptive life skills. Alicia has expertise in supporting individuals and families with diverse communication, learning and behaviour needs, providing services using effective and evidence-based approaches which protect the rights of the individual and aim to use the least restrictive practice.

Purdy Rawlinson
BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER

BCBA, CBA, M.Ed (ABA), B.Soc.Sc (Psychology).
Purdy is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Advanced Level NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience in delivering complex Positive Behaviour Support across a variety of settings. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Purdy has worked across clinical environments, schools, homes, and community-based settings, supporting both children and adults with diverse needs and complex presentations. Her professional background in education includes working in Education Support roles, providing tailored assistance to children with additional needs and high-risk behaviours. Purdy also has experience in early intervention – both as a direct therapy and in supervisory roles . She is passionate about helping participants achieve meaningful goals and improve their overall wellbeing through compassionate, person-centred, and trauma-informed Positive Behaviour Support.

Sune van Aswegen
BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER

CBA, M.Ed (ABA), PGCertED, BA ( Behavioural Science).
Sune van Aswegen is a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner, Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Teacher. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Post graduate certificate in Education and earned a Master of Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) at Monash University. Since beginning in the field, she gained experience in a variety of settings, including homes, communities, schools, and clinics, often collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective support. She brings a wealth of experience in creating direct interventions, personalised support strategies, and assessments. Her strength-based approaches help individuals develop essential skills throughout their lives, focusing on areas such as complex and behaviours of concern, functional communication, social interactions, and adaptive life skills. Sune’ is committed to learning and development at every stage of life, supporting individuals to reach their fullest potential through evidence-based practices.

Renée Maloney
BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER

M.Ed (Gifted Education) | M.Ed (Special Education, Early Intervention & Inclusion), M.Ed (Learning Intervention), GCertClinEd.
Renée is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 20 years of expertise in education and behavioural interventions. She specialises in supporting children and young people with ASD, ADHD, intellectual disability, and other neurodivergent profiles, with a strong focus on trauma-informed practice. Renée holds a Master of Learning Interventions as well as a Masters of Special Education with a focus on Early Intervention from the University of Melbourne and is currently completing a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Her background in special education and inclusive practice equips her to work effectively across school, home, and community environments. Renée takes a compassionate, person-centred approach, developing positive behaviour support plans tailored to each client’s strengths, needs, and goals. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, collaboration with families and professionals, and a deep commitment to improving quality of life.

Darya Teslenok
BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER

B.A. (Psychology), Adv. Dip. Competitive Systems & Practices, Adv. Dip. Community Sector Management.
Darya is a highly experienced practitioner with over 15 years of expertise in the disability sector. She has worked across a variety of settings, including specialist disability accommodation, supported independent living, community participation programs and high-intensity support environments. Darya’s diverse experience has equipped her to support individuals with autism, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, psychosocial disability, and complex developmental conditions. As a former Authorised Program Officer (APO) and Service Delivery Manager with one of the providers, Darya is particularly skilled in working with individuals with high behavioural needs and a history of restrictive practices. Darya’s calm, person-centred approach enables her to collaborate with families, support teams, allied health professionals, and coordinators to develop and implement evidence-based behaviour support strategies that are practical, respectful, and sustainable. Fluent in both English and Russian, Darya is also able to support culturally and linguistically diverse participants and their families.
